Verizon has launched FiOS TV in 10 more Cumberland, Dauphin and York county communities in Pennsylvania market area.Verizon subscribers will have 88 new high-definition channels in this area and will expand it to 100 by the year end.
The ten new communities where Verizon has launched the FIOS TV service are the boroughs of Hummelstown, Mechanicsburg, Highspire, Paxtang, West Hanover and Steelton, and the townships of
Susquehanna, Londonderry, Silver Spring and Monaghan.
Verizon offers free access for 90 days to three premium entertainment packages like HBO, Cinemax and FiOS TV’s Movie Package for the new subscribers who sign-up by Dec. 31. This free package include 40
HD channels and more than 9,000 free video-on-demand titles.
Gale Y. Given, President of Verizon Pennsylvania said in a statement “The response from consumers has been nothing short of amazing in the less than a month that we’ve been offering FiOS TV here, consumers finally have a better choice for TV, and they’re jumping at the chance.”
