Time Warner Cable has announced that the Wisconsin subscribers will be able to restart the program that is already running without using TiVo or a digital video recorder. This service known as ‘Start Over,’ is launched today and this is possible for the cable operator due to a software upgrade on digital set-top boxes and video-on-demand platform.

Time Warner launches the start over feature for twenty networks that includes A&E, Cartoon Network, Comedy Central, Disney Channel, Fox News, National Geographic Channel, Nickelodeon, TBS, TNT, TV Land, USA and VH1.
