Cox Communications has announced that they rank high among all service providers in customer satisfaction. J.D. Power and Associates 2008 Major Provider Business Telecommunications has conducted the study and announced this on Aug. 18. Cox has ranked high in these categories:

Account Executives
Billing and
Cost of Service and Customer service
