Comcast Adds MSG HD and MSG Plus HD in New Jersey

Comcast has added MSG HD and MSG Plus HD in Northern New Jersey for its digital cable subscribers. Comcast has also removed MOJO from its programming line-up. MSG HD delivers 300 sports events live in HD and MSG Plus in high-definition covers New York Knicks, New York Rangers, New Jersey Devils, New York Islanders and New York Liberty. Sports fans can watch New York Knicks, New York Rangers, New York Liberty, Buffalo Sabres and the Red Bull New York games on MSG HD.

MSG Plus HD also brings programming from Fox Sports Net which covers local college football and basketball games. Comcast has recently announced that it has 1,000 HD viewing choices available at any
time.

When will Comcast be adding MSG HD to the Danbury/Bethel CT area? It’s been a year since they did so in Northern NJ what’s the holdup? The hockey season is about to start and all other carriers in the area have the channel.
