I currently have dial-up service with MSNTV2. Atlantic Broadband is my cable supplier. How can I get a faster connection, such as broadband, without too much increase in my monthly charge. Thank you, Julia Nemeroff, 1601 Bay Road, Apt. 1A, Miami Beach, FL 33139.
